The Enneagram Program Effect for Stress Management of College Students

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analysis of effect enneagram program on stress management of college students. The participants are ninty six students and the enneagram program is consist of 16 Hours program for 2days. The result of this study is as follow 1. Participants's pattern of enneagram was large group sixty, ninth, first, third on order. 2. Participants's level of stress was follow the Domain of future(self understandings, n=2.76) interpersonal relationship(n=2.63) friendship(n=2.62) and, 5th, 6th, first pattern of enneagram, as ordered has so much stress. 3. The effect of enneagram program on stress management was confirmed, partly in Domain of future. Self understanding(t=-7.262, P=.000) and the Domain of professor and stool(t=-2.042, p=.O44). 4. Participants opinion of program was as follow they was trying to obsering their-self life and weak point of personality and trying to changing their life positively. But they need to more support to change their life and applicate enneagram to their life. In conclusion, enneagram program is effective to stress management of college students, partly so we need to develop continuous management program for participants's wholesome life change.
