Abstract
PURPOSE
The purpose of this study was to identify the level of dietary behavior in nursing students and also, to investigate factors that influence dietary behavior. METHODS: In this study, 250 nursing students who were enrolled in a university school in B city, Korea and who gave written consent completed the questionnaire. The data were collected between June 22 and 30, 2015 and analyzed using t test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression. RESULTS: The level of dietary behavior in nursing students was 3.06±0.52. Models including the variables, health concern and dietary self efficacy explained 12% of the variance for dietary behavior. Dietary self efficacy(β=.26, p<.001) was the most influential factor.
