Abstract |
This research used a focus group interview method to understand nursing students' clinical experience in college.
Data was created by Three focus groups consisted of 6 〜7 college nursing students. Data was analysed by phenomenological method. The result of the study, 5 dimensions emerged and these consisted of the following themes.
1) The change of daily life: 1st dimension's themes are life focused on clinical practice*, ‘breaking off friend-relations*, ‘physical fatigue*, 'experience of physical symptoms due to stress*, 4 worried about her family 2) The change of personality: 2nd dimension's themes are "being urgent*, *being obsessed*, 'doing with her own’.
3) Low self respect: 3rd dimension's themes are 'low self esteem "the absence of her roles’.
4) Feeling of Burden: 4th dimension's themes are ‘being strained*, "the stress of being evaluated*.
5) internal maturations: 5th dimension's themes are ‘conflicts to emotional exchanges*, 'finding out her own image on nurses*, 'being recognized*, ‘being maturity*. |
