For both groups the level of purpose in life and depression were measured before and after the experiment .
Results
1. The purpose-in life increased in the experimental group and significantly decreased in the control group. A significant difference between the two groups was not revealed. 2. The depression significantly decreased in the experimental group and significantly increased in the control group. A significant difference between the two groups was revealed.
