A Study of Relationship Between Perceptive Social Support and Stress type, Level of Clinical Nurse

Abstract
This study was undertaken to determine perceptive social support and experiential stress type level, each factor level for working of clinical nurse and identify the relationship between perceptive social support and stress level and type of clinical nurse. The Subjet consisted of 189 nurses who were in all wards except the nursing department, O.P.D. of four General Hospital in Seoul. This instrument for this study consisted of two kinds, one was the Percepted Social Support Scale developed by Ji Won Pak, the other was the Experimental Stress for Working Scale by MI Ok Gu,and Mae Ga Kim. The Data were analysed by SAS (statistical analysis system). The statistical techniques used for this study were Frequency, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient. In conclusion, it was found that generally perceptive social supportand indirectly perceptive social support no correlate with stress relief, but directly perceptive social support correlate with stress relief, and correlate to indirectly perceptive social support and stress type of achieve ment- purpose, correlate to directly perceptive social support and stress type of interpersonal relation. Therefore, a higher level perceptive social support to network, experiential level of achievementpurpose stress type of clinical nurse was a high level in the clinical field and a higher level support demand satisfaction level of clinical nurse to social support system, experiential level of interpersonal relation stress type of clinical nurse was a lower level in the clinical field. Directly perceptive social support of support demand satisfaction level aided to manage stress leveler than generally perceptive social support and indirectly perceptive social support.
